Use a measuring tape or sting. Place the tape measure or string around your head about 1/8 above your ear and across the middle of your forehead to make complete the circle of your head to measure firmly. Make sure it is not tight. This is where your hat will sit. Measure twice to ensure your measurements are correct.

We can only accept returns for purchases made at www.HortonHatCo.com. Items purchased at www.HortonHatCo.com cannot be returned or exchanged at any other participating retail store or online store that offers Horton Hat Co. merchandise.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Gift cards are FINAL SALE.
Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable. Once we receive your return, your refund will be issued within 7-10 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed. Please note your banking or credit card institution may require additional days to process and post transactions to your account, which may take up to 2 weeks for your credit to be acknowledged. Please contact Support@HortonHatCo.com to receive a return shipping label.
Exchanges: Currently, we are not able to offer exchanges for HortonHatCo.com purchases. Please return the item you wish to exchange for a refund in accordance with our return policy and place a new order for a replacement item.
